After considerable thought and deliberation, Firestone Walker Brewing Company and the Pioneer Day Committee have decided to postpone the Firestone Walker Invitational Beer Fest (FWIBF) until next year.
Due to the rapidly evolving developments and the uncertainty surrounding the impacts of the Coronavirus/COVID-19 throughout our country, state and region, the California Governor’s Office has announced that all mass gatherings above 250 people should be canceled or postponed for the time being. We are following this guidance from the Governor’s Office and similar guidance from numerous health organizations.
The good news, however, is that all ticketholders to the 2020 FWIBF may use their existing tickets to gain admission into the 2021 FWIBF. The 2021 FWIBF is currently scheduled for Saturday, June 5, 2021 at the Paso Robles Event Center. If a ticketholder would like a refund instead of attending the 2021 FWIBF, we will honor refund requests only until 5 p.m. PST on March 31, 2020. Please direct any ticket refund requests or general postponement questions to FWIBFrefunds@gmail.com. We have no plans to offer any further tickets for sale to the 2021 FWIBF at this time.
Our first concern is always the health and wellbeing of our employees, guests, sponsors and partners, and we believe that this proactive measure is best for everyone. Thank you for your understanding and support as we join you in minimizing the human impact. We apologize for any inconvenience and look forward to continuing the great tradition of the Firestone Walker Invitational Beer Fest in 2021.
