Tree ripened Honey Fire Nectarines grown in Paso Robles by the Rydell Family were hand selected for this process and added to
our fermented propriety base beer that had been aging for two years. The fruit was aged for eight months on the beer and then blended with a micro batch of beer fermented using wild dwarf peaches foraged locally from the hills of Arroyo Grande by our friend N. Darway. Santé!
