Travel Paso, a tourism organization in our hometown, is highlighting stories of the people and places that have shaped Paso Robles through their ongoing video series, “Paso Presents.” In a recent episode titled “Crafting A Revolution,” Travel Paso highlighted Firestone Walker Brewing Company.
Here’s how Travel Paso describes it: “What began as a humble regional brewery located along Highway 101 at the southern entry to Paso Robles has turned into a pillar of America’s craft beer movement. Firestone Walker Brewing Company helped revolutionize how the world looks at beer. Founded by brothers-in-law, Adam Firestone aka ‘The Bear’ and David Walker, ‘The Lion.’ The duo along with brewmaster Matt Brynildson have introduced the world to a bevy of award-winning beers from Double Barrel Ale to Mind Haze and perhaps their most well-known beer, 805.
