Double Barrel Ale (5%)
DBA is the beer that started it all for us back in 1996—an innovative British pale ale that still stands the test of time.
Today, DBA is regarded as an iconic Californian craft beer, and an enduring tribute to traditional cask-fermented English ales. Always malty, never bitter. A smooth mid palate with ribbons of caramel, English toffee and toasted oak. To this day, DBA remains David Walker’s daily drinker.
Union Jack IPA (7%)
Huge flavor that packs a punch. This is Union Jack—an icon of the West Coast IPA style, for those who like their beer loud and proud.
Union Jack is the IPA that helped blaze the trail for the revolutionary West Coast style. Named for the British Lion who cofounded our brewery, Union Jack is hopped to high hell yet eminently balanced from start to finish. This is a fad-proof IPA for any hop head. Pronounced pineapple, citrus and pine aromas with intense flavors of grapefruit and tangerine, all balanced by a hint of malt sweetness.
Pivo Pils (5.3%)
Pivo is the beer that helped kick the doors down and liberate American pilsner from the clutches of industrial beer. Inspired by the dry-hopped Tipopils from Birrificio Italiano, Brewmaster Matt Brynildson drew upon multiple European influences to create this one-of-a-kind beer that sparked a legion of new craft pilsners across the U.S. Impeccably balanced. Floral aromatics, spicy herbal nuances and lemongrass notes from German Saphir hops.
