Welcome to Houses in Motion, a kaleidoscope of flavors that delivers a uniquely complex sipping experience. The journey of this beer began when we brewed a “wheat wine” strong ale and matured it in wheat whiskey barrels to create a base of boozy cereal goodness. Into this mix, we added 20-percent Central Coast white wine juice to layer in a sweet fruity dimension. Finally, after 12 months of aging, we incorporated whole roast coffee beans, cocoa nibs, and cinnamon spice to complement and amplify the core flavors. The result is a harmonious and multidimensional beer made to astonish the senses.
