Deconstructed
Firestone Walker has selected the Avalon Theatre in Hollywood as the location for Deconstructed, taking place during LA Beer Week, not only for the great location but also for the historic significance of the venue. The Bardot Room at The Avalon is the ideal backdrop for this type of event. Deconstructed strives to create a seamless experience between cuisine and unique, artisanal beers. By partnering with the culinary prowess of Home Brew Chef, Sean Z. Paxton, Firestone Walker will provide a one-of-a-kind beer and food integration, kicking off our presence at LA Beer Week 2011.
Deconstructed exposes Firestone Walker's coveted Anniversary program, breaking down the brewery's XV Anniversary Ale into its 8 individual components. Each component will then be deconstructed into a dish to be sampled with each beer.
